Miscellaneous papers, 1910-1919, n.d.

Collection contains: a manuscript copy of Wölfflin's dissertation Prolegomena zu einer Psychologie der Architektur dated 1886 and transcribed by his student Joseph Gantner in 1917 (folder 1); three miscellaneous letters, which primarily express gratitude for articles sent, and a manuscript fragment with an excerpt from one of Goethe's works (folder 2). A sketch of pointed arches and a 12 page printed fragment with the running title "Frau Kaudels Gardinenpredigten" were found in a printed copy of Prolegomena zu einer Psychologie der Architektur (folder 3). The book, which is annotated by Wölfflin, is in the Getty Research Library.
